The effects of dehydration and how to avoid it

There can be many reasons for dehydration, but what effect does it have on our body?

The high quality of drinking water is absolutely necessary and important for our body. For this reason, each of us must and deserves to have a water filter in the house. 75 percent of your body is made up of water, which is found both inside and outside cells. It is the basis of all body fluids, including blood, lymph (the intercellular fluid found in the lymphatic system and around vertebrate tissues), saliva (sputum, saliva), digestive fluids, urine and sweat. Therefore, clean drinking water and hydration are among the most fundamentally important things for our health.

Water is the regulator of all body functions, life itself. It is the main source of energy transfer for every cell in the body, conducting electrical and magnetic energy that supplies us with power to live.
Water also facilitates the activation of many light-sensitive and energy-sensitive nerve endings in the skin, which receive and transmit signals to respond to and enhance skin vitality. It also protects the skin and mucosal functions of the membrane barrier and acts as an antioxidant by clearing oxidants and other toxins through the kidneys. In addition, when the drainage sinuses are well hydrated, their mucous membrane is more resistant to infection.
In addition, the brain is made up of 80 percent water. A potentially severe dehydration can lead to weakness, not thinking clearly, and in severe cases, to mental disorders.

Most people suffer from chronic dehydration without knowing it, according to Dr. Batmanghelidj. This condition contributes to the overload of the body with toxins. This can lead to an overactive immune system and cause or contribute to a variety of diseases such as arthritis, asthma, colitis, depression, diabetes, dyspeptic ulcer, duodenitis, gastritis, heartburn, headaches, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, back pain, neck pain, osteoporosis, kidney problems.
Most people drink alcohol, coffee, tea, soda and other caffeinated beverages instead of water. These drinks tend to further aggravate dehydration, which greatly worsens the condition.
Our body needs at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, as we have mentioned before. Other sources state clearly that we should consume half of our body weight in water ounces on a daily basis.
The best time for a person to drink water is in the morning, just after getting out of bed. It should be the first thing we should do to awaken the digestive system from its dehydrated and timid state, as well as 30 minutes before each meal. Water should be avoided during meals, so as not to interfere with stomach acids and proper digestion. It should also be consumed at room temperature, except on extremely hot summer days, when it needs to be refrigerated.
As tap water very often contains a variety of unhealthy contaminants, including microorganisms, heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride and other impurities, it is recommended that everyone have a special water filter in their home, which cleanses water thoroughly.

Water is available in a wide variety of forms. Some of the most common ways that people consume it is through bottled water and filtration units, such as reverse osmosis and domestic water filters. Each of these ways has different levels of convenience, purity, and metals.
And we reach the same conclusion again: we have to consume more water, how can I state it differently?

There, his main project was to redesign the company's products into new applications so as to become more environmentally friendly. In combination with the fact that in the UK people are more familiar with water filters, he has developed a love for environmentally friendly water filters, which reduce the use of plastic bottles and improving people's quality of life.

Since 2008, he has published over 300 unique educational and informative articles on water filters and new water treatment technologies.

Occasionally, universities and doctoral students request to use George Margiolos' articles in their research because of their quality and uniqueness.
