Reverse Osmosis

DMfit-PTU-040404W Connection for 1/4 "Quick Fit hoses. Just push the hose inwards. It has fuses that do not allow the hose to be disconnected by mistake. Usually used in Reverse Osmosis systems.

This part connects the RO drain to your kitchen sink's drain.

It is installed at the outlet of the osmosis water to the drain. It actually limits (or reduces) the flow of water to the sewer. This essentially artificially raises the pressure in the osmosis system, forcing the membrane to "work" more, producing faster clean water.

This check valve doesn't let water flow backwards to the membrane, thus increasing its life span. When RO's tank is full, water starts flowing backwards increasing pressure untill the auto shutt off valve shuts the system down. This check valve helps speed things up.
