Πρώτη επαφή με το κατάστημα πέρυσι. Εύρεση μέσω διαδικτύου. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση κι επιτέλους τεχνογνωσία! Κομμάτι που λείπει πολύ από τη σύγχρονη αγορά... Μεγάλη διαφορά στο νερό και φέτος ήρθε η ώρα για αντικατάσταση οπότε τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση αυτή τη φορά με την ίδια ευγένεια, υπευθυνότητα και γνώση...!!! Ταχύτατη αποστολή...
Πολλές εγκάρδιες ευχές ώστε να συνεχίσετε έτσι!
Δεν αλλάζω κατάστημα εκτός αν βρω ίδια ποιότητα σε χαμηλότερη τιμή πράγμα δύσκολο!

I have been assisted and brilliantly advised by your agent Andreas Georgalis, over the last two weeks, with extreme patience, efficacy and professionalism, on what kind of undersink water filter would be best for me.
He has over the last two weeks with admirable patience (he has secured a place in Heaven) on how the filter performs, on what type, and explained in minute description what I should buy.
I recommend Andreas for his patience, his professionalism and his very extensive kindness with a client like me who needed to understand what I was buying.

Ήθελα να παραγγείλω σακούλες για την σκούπα μου. Δεν ήξερα όμως ποιες ακριβώς ταιριάζουν. Έστειλα με e-mail το μοντέλο της σκούπας και μου απάντησαν άμεσα.
Τα πράγματα τα παρέλαβα σε μια μέρα με κούριερ.
Πολλή καλή εξυπηρέτηση . Σίγουρα θα ξανά παραγγείλω.

Παρήγγειλα ένα φίλτρο βρύσης από τη σελίδα της Primato και εκτός του ότι παρέλαβα δωρεάν (και η αντικαταβολή) μέσω courier, είχαν προσθέσει στην συσκευασία και ένα μικρό δωράκι. Δεν έχει σημασία η αξία, αλλά η κίνηση, που δείχνει ότι το προσωπικό ξέρει πως να κερδίζει τον πελάτη από την 1η κιόλας παραγγελία! Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα, ο υπάλληλος ήταν ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Μια σαφέστατα θετική εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω την Primato για τις επόμενες αγορές μου.

I wish to express my sincere thanks to all of you guys at your company.
I recently bought a two stage filter from you as the water in my house in Corfu was not great for drinking. The filter works fantastically and we are enjoying fine clear drinking water and most importantly, being British and living abroad, great quality cups of tea. The filter is doing exactly what it should be doing. When it arrived, I was surprised at the really good quality and it was so simple to fit by myself. I am not a handyman and thought I would need a plumber but it was so simple with clear instructions I had it on and working in 25 minutes. But the most impressive thing about my whole experience was the service. From the minute the phone was answered I knew I was dealing with a professional company. They were very helpful, informative and supportive. The delivery of my filter was lightening quick, I ordered at 5pm and it was with me the following day, considering I live on an island that is impressive. Also, one of the filters was cracked in transit and when I emailed your customer services their response was amazing. I had a brand new one arrive the next day. What an exceptional service you give your customers it is by far the best service I have ever had in Greece from any company I have dealt with. Running my business, I deal with a lot of companies and your customer service and product is so great I felt I had to write to you. Seriously well done, your performance is fantastic and your product does exactly what it says on the box. I wish all my purchases were this easy and such a pleasant experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this team of highly professional people. Not only did they spend as much time as was needed to give me a thorough presentation of what filtering products fitted my needs but they also delivered them the following day! The water is odour-free and tastes great and the filter prices are unbeatable for the high quality offered. I am now a loyal, happy customer!
